Basement and Bathroom Remodel

Joel and his crew were great to work with. Together we redesigned my downstairs bathroom and added a new shower/tub, vanity, and new floor. This involved tearing out the existing and knocking out a wall and rebuilding a new one. In addition they built a beautiful 8' kitchenette with a sink, lower and upper cabinets, and a ¾ refrigerator. They also installed new LVP flooring in the living space. It all turned out beautiful, he and his crew did a great job. Highly recommended!

New Build-Out on 1,000 SF Basement

This was a crazy project for us as we were selling one house to buy the other. Joel was great, worked with us though all of the planning, helped us creatively finance the whole project, and then had his guys, a team of plumbers, electricians, framers, drywallers, painters and a flooring crew come and build our new basement, 2 bedrooms, a drum room, 2 entertaining areas, and a large bathroom. We were delayed a few weeks due to permitting, but all in all it was a very smooth project, and we are very happy with the finished basement. We strongly recommend anyone using Genesis Custom for any project. They are highly professional and skilled and that's hard to find these days. I will add this, they are not the cheapest, not the most expensive either, but if you want a high quality job and a trustworthy company to work with, they are the right company.

2 Bathrooms Remodeled and a New LVP Floor Installed

I asked Joel to come look at putting a light fixture in for me. After talking a bit, I said I was also thinking about having a new floor put in. So, we agreed on a price, and they got it done in 2 days. Then we discussed having my master bathroom redone. He worked up a quote, and did that too, new shower, tile, tiled floor and new vanity, walls painted etc. Then we did my other guest bathroom. New shower/tub, new floors, and a new vanity. All perfect, extremely happy. So, if you need a light fixture installed call Joel!

New Wood Deck

A friend referred me to Genesis Custom to me to have my 25 year old deck replaced. They came out, worked up a quote, and got to work within a couple weeks of waiting for a permit. They did a great job; I now have a beautiful new deck. They were great at working with the city, which was nearly impossible with their permitting and inspection requirements, but we got through it. Strongly recommend!

Full Remodel Master Bathroom

We are an older family with disabilities. After getting scammed by one of those "2-day shower Install" companies, we called Joel who had done work for us previously. He kicked them out because the work on Day 4 was so horrible. He then completely tore out and rebuilt our Master Bathroom. We had heated tiled floors installed, and new frameless glass shower and new tile, new granite counter tops, a new LVP floor in the walk-in closet, all the walls and ceilings were repainted. They did a really nice job for us, and we are so grateful to him and his guys for their hard work.

Bathroom Rework and New Deck Build

Joel and Genesis were referred to me by a family friend. We were putting our home on the market and wanted to spruce it up a little but not remodel it completely. Joel was great at helping with a minimal plan. We redid one guest bathroom tile, new tile in the laundry room, and replaced the carpet in the main living area, and patched some drywall. We also have a good-sized deck in front that acts as our entrance too. They tore it out and rebuilt a beautiful new deck which showcases the entrance to our home. His prices are very fair, and his crews do high quality work, I would recommend them for any project.
